I've had nothing but good experiences here! Everyone has been friendly and helpful every time I've come in. Denise took the time to talk to me and explain all the different models every time I came in, then set my husband up with my favorite when he went in to surprise me with a new bike. When I was having problems with a new seat I ordered, Jordan went out of his way to help me...literally! I can't say enough good things about all the people here!
